Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Ask & Embla jewelry boxes and place them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
